Free Cocktails Launch and MONOPOLY DEAL Tournament Promotion – Terms and Conditions

To celebrate the launch of our new cocktail menu, The Top Hat Bar & Restaurant will be running a promotional offer between Friday 3rd October from 6.30pm and Sunday 5th October 2025, during which 150 signature MONOPOLY-themed cocktails will be given away free of charge, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The promotion is only active between Friday 3rd October and Sunday 5th October 2025.
  • A maximum of 50 free cocktails will be given to customers each day during the promotional period.
  • Free cocktails are available on a first come, first served basis. Once the daily allocation has been reached, the promotion will end for that day. Guests may continue to enjoy cocktails at a 25% discount for the remainder of the day.
  • To claim a free cocktail, guests must present a MONOPOLY deed/property card from an officially licensed MONOPOLY board game or MONOPOLY DEAL pack to a member of the bar team at The Top Hat Bar & Restaurant, located within the MONOPOLY LIFESIZED Experience, London.
  • If the cocktail associated with the deed/property card presented is not available, or if you would like an alternative, the management team will assist in selecting another option. While every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative, the final choice rests with management at their discretion.
  • All cocktails are subject to availability. Should a particular cocktail sell out, an alternative will be offered at management’s discretion.
  • One free cocktail per guest may be claimed across the entire promotional period. Patrons will receive a hand stamp upon receiving their drink.
  • A single deed/property card cannot be shared or used by more than one person.
  • The Mayfair Sharing Cocktail is excluded from the free cocktail giveaway. However, upon presentation of an official MONOPOLY Mayfair deed/property card, it may be purchased at 50% off during the promotional period.
  • On Friday 3rd October 2025, there will be an open launch event featuring a MONOPOLY DEAL tournament. Entry is free but places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Participants in the tournament will receive a 50% discount on all food and beverage during their gameplay (excluding champagne and the Mayfair & Waterworks Sharing Cocktails). This discount applies only to the participant’s personal bill and not to their guests.
  • Restaurant and venue management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest at any time, in line with licensing laws.
  • Guests must be 18 years of age or over to participate in this promotion. Management reserves the right to request valid ID at any time. Failure to provide proof of age will result in refusal of service.
  • For the safety of all guests, CCTV is in operation throughout the venue.
  • By participating in the MONOPOLY DEAL tournament, guests acknowledge and consent that marketing and promotional filming will take place on Friday 3rd October 2025 and that Gamepath Entertainment will have the right to use this content for promotional purposes, in perpetuity, in all media worldwide.
  • Gamepath Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest from the venue for any reason, without refund or readmittance. We operate a zero tolerance policy on harassment. Guests must not, under any circumstances, touch or speak to staff, servers, or performers in an inappropriate manner. Management retains absolute discretion in determining what is ‘inappropriate’. Incidents may be reported to the authorities.
  • MONOPOLY DEAL decks will be available to play in The Top Hat Bar & Restaurant, subject to availability. These decks remain the property of the venue. Removal of any deck or playing item will be treated as theft and may result in removal from the venue and/or reporting to the police.
  • All themed food and drink serveware (including glassware and vessels) remain the property of the venue. Removal of these items will be treated as theft. Many of our themed products are available to purchase in our retail store.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
